• Features: Openwork knit. Metal snap closure. Fixed strap for carrying over the shoulder. Additional details: one zippered interior pocket and two cotton pockets.

• Materials: Hand-woven goatskin. Tone-on-tone cotton lining.

• Manufacturing: Entirely handmade in a family-run workshop in southern India, where the art of woven leather has been passed down from generation to generation. Each LAMIA bears the mark of the hand that crafted it.
• Care: Your LAMIA will develop a patina over time. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth, protect it from prolonged exposure to moisture and direct heat, and store it away from light when not in use.

THE STORY OF THE LAMIA

LAMIA is an almost flat shoulder bag, 7 cm deep, made of hand-woven goatskin.
Its unique feature lies in the weave: the braiding opens up to become openwork, allowing light to pass through and giving the bag a lighter, airier look. The leather must be fine enough—as is the case with goat leather—for the weave to hold its shape while opening in this way.

It features an 18-cm-long shoulder strap and a metal snap closure.
